Infidelity Testing

Infidelity testing can help you identify whether your spouse or partner is faithful using semen detection or vaginal secretion analysis. If DNA is identified in the sample, it can be used to identify or exclude any individual.

Here's how it works:

  1. Submit an item that has a stain to AAA DNA for semen detection or vaginal secretion analysis.
  2. If the semen detection results are positive and DNA is present, we can perform a DNA comparison between the sample and a partner or a suspect.
  3. Typically, it is not easy to obtain a reference sample from a suspected infidelity partner. More often, the individual suspecting the infidelity provides a sample to exclude himself/herself as the donor of the DNA.
